Whether you are out on the water without land in sight, or just at home in your back yard, this gluten free bread is just plain ol' yummy and it could not be easier!
Ingredients:
3 cups gluten free flour
12oz gluten free beer
1/4 cup loose brown sugar
1 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
Directions:
Add the pinch of salt to your bowl of flour
Add the sugar and baking powder then pour in your beer of choice
As you mix the ingredients together the beer immediately begins to bind the mixture. Fold until mixed and place into your greased baking pan. (I use coconut spray oil)
Depending on the grill you have, bake for 35 - 45 minutes and voila....freshly baked bread on board! Now I paired ours with some beautiful, healthy fresh shrimp and arugula but when I have this bread, I do NOT spare the butter lol! A beautiful crisp rose' completed our simple fresh lunch onboard. What's not to love about that!
